I've gotten into 3D again and picked up Blender!
Terrible news!
My ancient piece of shit, GPU-less (no, embedded ones don't count) vistabox chokes on anything more that a few thousand triangles. 25k max before Blender goes full retard. Also between working 50 hours a week (which will soon shoot up to 90 ), I can't fully dedicate myself to the art of 3D as much as I would like. Sadface.

Ugh there's no amount of cash that could entice me to work 60 hours a week anymore(I assume you meant 60 and fat fingered 10key)
Hopefully you can afford a new video card with all that OT.

I remember when I learned how to use Blender in a few weeks for an art project. It was a free project, and I could've just drawn something and been done with it... But no, I learned how to make 3D models without any prior experience or knowledge.
The end result? A single white and black dice with a semi-reflective background.
I haven't really used it since, but Blender's cool!
